QUESTION: How can I find out if my party date is available?
ANSWER: Our safe & secure scheduling system makes it easy!  Just go to our “Check Dates/Book Now” page and you can choose a party type and see available dates and times without committing.  If your date and time is open, you can complete your booking.  You won’t pay anything until we confirm with you!

QUESTION: How do I know the Game Theater can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! We need up to 55 feet of cleared space (fairly flat).

QUESTION: Will the kids know how to play the video games?
ANSWER: Our Game Coach makes it easy! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: When our Game Coach arrives, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable.

QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, chilly or hot — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!

QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

QUESTION: What time will you arrive?
ANSWER: We will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the event in order to set-up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!

QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Our game theater can seat 20, and 20 players can play at one time.  Birthday parties are best suited for 20 or fewer guests.  For large events such as school functions, churches, non-profit, corporate parties and reunions, we can rotate guests through… with our plentiful games and consoles, everybody will get plenty of time to play!

QUESTION: Do I request certain games? Can we bring our own games?
ANSWER: We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event successful. You can certainly bring your own games, should you choose to do so, but will we assume no liability for any damage to games that are not ours.

QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. When we confirm your booking request, you can pay online to lock in your date. We accept most credit and debit cards for payment.  For corporate and educational customers who must pay differently, please contact us.
